How Hilton gets half a million people to work together

Hilton CEO Chris Nassetta says one of his biggest challenges is simply keeping all 500,000 of his team members on the same page. He gives the entire company a quarterly update to keep everyone up to speed and reinforce alignment in key strategic areas.
